Feeling extra tight? This session combines a deep tissue percussion muscle massage and “The Stretch Experience.”

We will focus on those areas that need special attention, before stretching your whole body to give you the most inclusive approach.

Calm your mind, body, and spirit, on a heated crystal lined mat, before beginning your immersion into “The Stretch Experience,” allow the  aromatherapy and relaxing music take you away, while being fully stretched, restored, and renewed.
