We highly recommend booking your services two weeks in advance to ensure your preferred time and services will be available. All services are based on availability and prices are subject to change. Please contact us at 443.377.1692.
APPOINTMENTS POLICIES:
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, we do not double book. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. We honor each clients' time, therefore late arrivals will only receive the time remaining of their appointment, and will be charged for the entire treatment. Arriving late compromises the integrity of the session. Our treatment and waiting rooms are quiet spaces, please turn off all electronics and cell phones.
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY:
We ask that you honor our practitioners time and require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to arrive for a scheduled treatment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled treatment. Please phone us 443.377.1692 to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for your consideration!
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
For your practitioner to best serve you, please inform them of any allergies (including chemical sensitivities), medical conditions or injuries which may affect your treatment.
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are not included in your treatment pricing and is completely at your discretion.
