What is Reiki?

Here at The Stretch Zen, Reiki is employed to distribute subtle energy bodies that helps to eliminate and discharge the emotional, physical, and spiritual barriers that may prevent your body, mind, and soul from being liberated. The energy received from Reiki allows these barriers to be lifted, so the healing energy can flow within your body.
The holistic practitioner is able to harnesses Reiki: the universal life force energy that permeates every living thing. And when coupled with crystal therapy, the Reiki session is taken into overdrive. Crystals are millions of years old, and possess their own inherent energy. They can help to restore harmony, and help the bodies’ capacity to heal.
Reiki Drumming provides an additional deep relaxation and stress reduction experience, which also enables the physical body to expel negative energy. Both grief and sadness may benefit from it. The vibrations of the drum and the energy of Reiki combine to send the energies deeper into the body. Using the drum's vibrations in conjunction with Reiki's lovely and compassionate energies, can promote deep cellular healing. Reiki and drumming work together to enhance each other's energies in order to heal the body, mind, cleanse the emotions and soul. Reiki Drumming can help you achieve optimal health and well-being by raising the vibrations of energy, removing energy blockages, rebalancing the energy field, and facilitating the body's natural healing processes.
During a Reiki session, the client is fully clothed and the Reiki practitioner moves their hands over the client’s body without touching or gently touching the client’s body. The Reiki energy will go, where the body needs for it to go.
